Sexual Wellness

Does something about your sexual health feel off? Changes in libido, comfort, arousal, or sexual function can happen for many reasons — including hormonal shifts, medications, stress, aging, or underlying health conditions. Sexual wellness is an important part of overall health and quality of life, and changes in desire, vaginal comfort, arousal, or orgasm are common but often left unspoken. Our care is medical, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and inclusive, addressing concerns such as low or fluctuating libido, vaginal dryness or irritation, pain with sex, and the hormonal or health factors that influence sexual function.

Sexual wellness looks at the full picture of your health. Hormones, medications, physical health, emotional well-being, and relationship dynamics can all influence sexual function, especially during transitions such as perimenopause and menopause that affect genital tissue health, blood flow, sensation, and desire. While we are not a specialty pelvic pain clinic, we are happy to evaluate concerns such as discomfort with sex and help guide appropriate care when additional specialty support is needed. Our approach is respectful, practical, and evidence-based — helping you understand what may be contributing to these changes and what options are available to support a healthy, satisfying sexual life.
