Menopause Services

Menopause is a biological milestone — not the end of vitality. Clinically, it’s defined as the point when you’ve gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, but the transition surrounding it can begin years earlier and continue long after. Shifts in estrogen and progesterone can affect sleep, mood, libido, vaginal comfort, metabolism, and overall sense of well-being. These changes are real, physiological, and common — and they deserve thoughtful, individualized care rather than dismissal or minimization.

Hormone therapy is one option that can be both effective and safe for many women, including those in midlife and beyond, when carefully evaluated and appropriately prescribed. Current research supports personalized decision-making based on age, timing since menopause, symptom severity, and individual risk factors. For some women, hormone therapy significantly improves quality of life; for others, non-hormonal approaches may be preferable. Our goal is not to push a single solution, but to provide clear, evidence-based guidance so you can make informed choices about your body, your health, and your vitality moving forward.
