Important: All Refill Requests Must Go Through Patient Portal
To ensure the safety, accuracy, and speed of your prescriptions, we are transitioning to a new refill process. Moving forward, all prescription refill requests must be submitted directly by you through our patient portal.
Why the Change?
With the recent estrogen patch shortage, we have been aggressively transferring prescriptions to various pharmacies to ensure our patients don’t miss their doses. Unfortunately, this has triggered a massive wave of automated refill requests from different pharmacies—including places you may no longer want to use.
Because we can no longer rely on automated pharmacy requests to tell us what you actually need, we will no longer accept automated refill requests from pharmacies. To get a refill, you must contact us directly.
How to Request Your Refills (Step-by-Step)
The absolute best and fastest way to get any medication refilled is through Follow My Health.
- Log Into the Patient Portal: Make sure you are connected to Follow My Health. Reach out to our team if you need us to resend the invitation email.
Watch Video: How to set up your portal account - Send Jane a Message: Send a secure message directly to Jane within the portal.
Watch Video: How to send a message in Follow My Health - Include the Details: In your message, please clearly state:
- The exact medication and dosage you need.
- The specific pharmacy name and location where you want it sent.
Need a Refill but Having Side Effects?
If you are experiencing any side effects or have concerns about your current medication, please let us know, better yet, schedule a telehealth visit so Jane can touch base with you and adjust your treatment plan safely.

Has it Been More Than a Year Since Your Last Visit?
If you haven’t had an appointment in over a year, you will need to schedule your annual visit before we can renew your long-term prescriptions.
Don’t worry about running out of your medication in the meantime—if you are running low, Jane will gladly send a short-term bridging prescription to cover you until your scheduled follow-up.
